基于康复专科护士为导向的专科护理在急性脑梗死患者中的应用

Application of Specialized Nursing Based on Rehabilitation Specialist Nurses in Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨神经科病房设立专职康复专科护士,并分析基于康复专科护士为导向的专科护理干预在急性脑梗死患者中的应用。方法选取2019年1—12月我院收治的急性脑梗死患者90例,随机分为两组,每组45例。对照组应用常规护理干预,观察组应用基于康复专科护士为导向的专科护理干预。观察并比较两组患者康复训练依从性、日常生活活动能力(Barthel指数)、患者满意度情况。结果干预后,观察组康复训练依从性、Barthel指数、患者满意度情况均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在神经科病房设立专职康复专科护士,并在脑卒中患者康复过程中,应用基于康复专科护士为导向的专科护理干预,有助于提升患者康复训练的能动性,增强患者日常生活自理能力,提高患者满意度,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the practice of setting up full-time rehabilitation nurses in neurology ward,and analyze the application of specialized nursing based on rehabilitation specialist nurses in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 90 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from January to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with specialized nursing based on rehabilitation specialized nurses.To observe and compare the compliance,Barthel Index and satisfaction of the two groups.Results After the intervention,the compliance of training,Barthel Index and patient satisfaction of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Set up a full-time rehabilitation specialist nurse in the neurology ward,and application of specialist nursing based on rehabilitation specialist nurses in the rehabilitation process of stroke patients will help to improve the initiative of rehabilitation training,enhance patients'self-care ability of daily life and improve their satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
