中老年糖尿病患者居家护理管理信息化平台的构建及应用

Construction and Application of Home Care Management Information Platform for Middle-aged and Elderly Diabetic Patients

目的探究居家护理管理信息化平台的构建应用在社区中老年糖尿病患者中的临床护理效果。方法选择2019年10月—2020年10月80例某社区卫生服务中心体检后建档的中老年糖尿病患者,采用随机数字表法将其均分为两组,对照组40例,试验组40例,其中常规随访管理模式为对照组护理方法,居家互联网信息化平台管理方法为试验组护理方法,并对两组中老年糖尿病患者护理前后自我管理能力评分、生活质量评分以及护理满意度进行对比。结果对比两组自我管理能力评分,试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组生活质量评分,试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对比两组护理满意度,试验组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于社区中老年糖尿病患者,实施居家护理管理信息化平台的护理方法,能够提升护理效果,提高患者自我管理评分与生活质量,对于护理满意度的提高有着积极作用。

Objective To explore the construction and application of information platform for home care management in the community of middleaged and elderly patients with diabetes clinical nursing effect.Methods A total of 80 middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients filed after physical examination in a community health service center were selected from October 2019 to October 2020.Random number table method was used to divide them into two groups,40 cases in the control group of and 40 cases in the experimental group,of which the routine follow-up management mode was the control group's nursing method,the home Internet information platform management method was the experimental group nursing method,and the self-management ability and quality of life scores for the two groups of middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients before and after nursing.and nursing satisfaction were compared.Results Comparing the scores of self-management ability between the two groups,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The quality of life scores between the two groups were compared,the experimenta group were significantly higher than the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Comparing the two groups of nursing satisfaction,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group,there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:For middle-aged and elderly diabetic patients in the community,the implementation of the nursing method of the home care management information platform can improve the nursing effect,improve the patients'self-management score and quality of life,and have a positive effect on the improvement of nursing satisfaction.
