作为科研诚信建设的一种新工具新手段,大数据技术为科研失信行为的快速识别提供了简便的方法,并使相关数据处理更具全面性,使科研失信治理更具针对性。需要注意的是,大数据时代,科研失信行为显现出极为隐蔽的特点,有些行为,我们目前还无法借助大数据技术发觉和判定。对此,我们应构建以科研诚信法律制度体系为依托,以全方位、多层次、宽领域的科研诚信教育为基础,以大数据技术为支撑的科研失信治理新模式,最大限度地减少科研失信行为的发生。

As a new tool and means of research integrity construction,big data technology provides a simple method for rapid identification of scientific research dishonesty,ensures the comprehensiveness of data processing,and makes research disintegrity governance more targeted.But at the same time,research dishonesty in the era of big data technology shows extremely hidden characteristics,and some behaviors cannot be detected and judged with the help of data.Therefore,we need to construct a comprehensive,multi-level and wide-ranging new model of scientific research disintegrity governance based on the legal security system of research integrity,research integrity education,and big data technology,so as to minimize the occurrence of research disintegrity.
