电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定滑石粉中的铝

Determination of Aluminium in Talc Powder by ICP-OES

创立了滑石粉中铝的电感耦合等离子体发射光谱分析测定法.实验仪器为Agilent 5110型全谱直读电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES),射频功率为1.2KW,观测方向为轴向,雾化器流量为1L/min,等离子体气流量为12L/min,辅助气流量为1L/min,蠕动泵流量为12rpm.结果显示:该方法的线性关系良好,r≥0.999,检测限为0.36ng/ml,精密度的相对标准偏差为0.8%,加样回收率为100.2%,RSD为1.47%.采用该方法,操作简单,稳定性好,结果准确.实验证明,该方法适合于滑石粉中铝的检测.

A methods for the simultaneous determination of aluminium in talc powder by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES)was established.Method:5110 ICP-OES,radio frequency power:1.2KW,observation direction:axial direction,atomizer flow:1L/min,plasma flow:12L/min,auxiliary air flow:1L/min,peristaltic pump flow:12rpm.Results:The relationship of the method shows good linearity,the correlation coefficient is higher than 0.999,detection limit is 0.36ng/ml,the relative standard deviation for the degree of precision is 0.8%,spiked recovery is 100.2%,RSD is 1.47%.This method was simple,stability,accurate,and has been applied for quick screening of aluminium in talc powder.
