摘要
针对气化炉烧嘴外管多次出现局部烧蚀情况,从气化炉炉膛温度分布、流场分布、烧嘴冷却水盘管和原料硫含量等方面展开分析,通过采取优化烧嘴冷却水盘管、材质升级、原料管控等措施,成功解决了气化炉烧嘴外管烧蚀的问题,保证了系统长周期稳定运行。
This paper analyzed the partial ablation happened many times on the outside tube of the gasifier burner from aspects of temperature distribution,the flow field distribution,cooling water coil arrangement on the burner and the sulphur content in the feedstock in the gasifier.The problem of the ablation was solved by measures of cooling water coil optimization,material upgrading and feedstock control,which ensured the system in a stable and long term operation.
