合成氨装置冷箱解冻方法研究与应用

METHOD OF DEFREEZING COLD BOX IN SYNTHETIC AMMONIA PLANT AND ITS APPLICATION

针对KBR深冷净化合成氨工艺中,冷箱解冻时间长、能耗高的问题,通过技术攻关,研究出了一套即经济又安全的冷箱解冻方法,使解冻时间缩短至少50 h,实现可观的经济效益。

This paper presented a cost-saving and safe method for defreezing cold box in KBR cryogenic purification process in the synthetic ammonia plant with regard to the problems of long time defreezing and high energy consumption.The defreezing time was shortened by 50 h,and gained considerable economic profit.
