摘要
为了预测一台旧设备增加管口后进行热处理过程中发生的变形量,采用ANSYS软件,利用瞬态热固耦合有限元法对其加热、保温及冷却过程的温度场及应力应变场进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明,设备最终的变形量在可接受范围内,可以对其采取局部热处理。
In order to predict the deformation of an old equipment after heat treatment when adding a nozzle,the software ANSYS was used to make a numerical simulation of temperature field and stress-strain field during heating,insulating and cooling by using finite element method for transient thermoset coupling.The results show that the final deformation is acceptable,and the partial heat treatment can be used for a whole equipment.
