基于PDCA循环的高校开展主题教育实践研究

Research on Conduction of Theme Education Based on the PDCA Cycle in Colleges and Universities

“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育是学习宣传贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的生动实践。PDCA循环作为管理的基本方法,目的是提高管理质量,将其应用于高校开展的“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育实践研究中,可以为开展主题教育开辟新途径、提供新方法、实现新成效。通过研究PDCA循环法的含义及其应用,并以PDCA循环流程为基础,构建了高校开展“不忘初心、牢记使命”主题教育实践模型,并对该模型的实施步骤进行相关研究。

The theme education of“remaining true to the original aspiration and keeping in mind the mission”is a vivid practice of studying,propagating and implementing Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.As a basic method of management,the PDCA cycle aims to improve the quality of management and apply it to the research on the theme education practice of“remaining true to the original aspiration and keeping in mind the mission”in colleges and universities,which can open up new ways,provide new methods and achieve new results for the development of theme education.This paper mainly studies the meaning and application of the PDCA cycle method,and based on the PDCA cycle process,constructs a practice model of the theme education in colleges and universities,and carries out related research on the implementation steps of the model.
