Research on Innovation of Sino-foreign Cooperative Education Model under the Belt and Road Initiative

“一带一路”倡议的提出和实施乃推动我国及沿线地区社会经济发展的有力举措,其根本目标是建立一个政治互信、经济融合、文化包容的利益共同体、命运共同体和责任共同体。人才是推动社会经济发展的主要动力源泉,在此背景下,地方本科院校以中外合作办学模式与“一带一路”沿线国家合作培养优秀人才,既是对“一带一路”倡议实施的人才支撑,同时也有利于整合优势资源,兼容并包、互学互鉴,进而形成一套科学有效的人才培养模式。首先,以“一带一路”倡议提出的背景及其战略目标为基础,分析“一带一路”倡议的实施给高等教育人才培养提出的新要求;其次,对本科院校中外合作办学人才培养模式新途径展开分析,建议构造一个资源共享、平台共建、共同提升品牌特色的合作框架;最后,探讨“一带一路”视域下如何建立人才合作培养模式和中外合作办学模式的执行重点。

The proposal and implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative is a powerful measure to promote the socio-economic development of our country and the regions along the route.Its fundamental goal is to establish a community of interests,a community of shared destiny and a community of responsibility featuring mutual political trust,economic integration,and cultural inclusiveness.Talents are the main source of motivation to promote social and economic development.In this context,local undergraduate colleges and universities cooperate with countries along the Belt and Road to train outstanding talents through Sino-foreign cooperative education.It is also conducive to the integration of superior resources,compatibility,mutual learning and mutual learning,so as to form a scientific and effective talent training model.Based on the background and connotation of the Belt and Road Initiative,this article first analyzes the new requirements for talent training put forward by the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative.Then it explores the new ways of Sino-foreign cooperation in undergraduate colleges and suggests to construct a cooperation framework for resource-sharing,platform co-building,and joint promotion.Finally,it discusses how to establish a talent cooperation training model and the implementation focus of a Sino-foreign cooperative education model from the perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative.
