浅析大学学风问题及对策

Research on the Problems of College Students’Study Style and Countermeasures

高等院校在扩大招生规模的同时,也带来了人才培养质量等不容忽视的问题。加强高等院校学风建设是提高其人才培养质量的重要环节。优良的学风不仅可以为学生营造良好的学习环境,为教职工创造良好的工作条件,还对学校的建设和发展有非常重要的作用。针对目前大学学风建设过程中出现的典型问题,深入剖析问题背后的成因,并从学生、教师及学校不同的层面出发,提出了提高大学学风建设的具体措施。

While colleges and universities are expanding their enrollment scale,they are also facing problems in the quality of talent cultivation.In the process of improving the quality of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,it is vital to strengthen the construction of college students’study style.A good study style can not only create a good learning environment for students,a good working condition for faculties,but also play a very important role in the construction and development of schools.This paper aims at surveying the typical problems in the current construction process of college study style,deeply analyzing the reasons for the problems,and then proposing specific measures to improve college students’study style from the perspectives of students,teachers,and schools.
