摘要
在我国一流课程建设过程中,地方工科高校出现了学生因课程知识点碎片化加剧和知识梳理能力不足造成的学习困境。发挥教师的泵压作用,打破课程间的壁垒,实现知识单元的动态传递,是解决上述问题的有效方法。基于泵压作用的理念,桂林理工大学环境专业选择“水污染控制工程”课程群制定“二研、三备、四分享”的实施方案,并开展相应的教学改革实践,取得了良好的效果。建议未来进一步增加企业教师和学生参与程度,扩大课程实施范围,以提升教师泵压作用的实施效果。
In the process of building first-class courses in our country,students in local engineering colleges and universities face the learning difficulties caused by the intensification of the fragmentation of course knowledge points and the lack of knowledge combing ability.The effective method to solve the above problems is to give full play to the pumping function of teachers and break down the barriers among the courses,so as to realize the dynamic transmission among knowledge units.Based on the idea of pumping function,the environmental major of Guilin University of Technology chose the course group of“water pollution control engineering”to make the im-plementation plan of“two research,three preparation and four sharing”,carried out the corresponding teaching re-form,and achieved some good results.It is suggested to further encourage the participation of enterprise teachers and students and expand the scope of course implementation in the future,so as to improve the implementation effect of teachers’pumping function.
