现代学徒制背景下构建技能人才培养办法分析--以高职机电一体化技术专业为例

Analysis on Training Methods of Professional Technical Talents under the Background of Modern Apprenticeship:Taking the Mechatronics Technology Major of Higher Vocational College as an Example

培养专业技能人才是高职学院的主要职责。以现阶段高职学院发展情况为依据,以高职机电一体化技术专业为例,研究现代学徒制背景下构建专业技能人才培养办法。结合近年来社会及企业发展对人才培养的要求,明确现代学徒制提出的要求,从职业教育集团、分段人才培养、现代学徒制体制机制、政策法规、教育系统、考核制度等方面,分析如何在现代学徒制背景下构建专业技能人才培养方法,以此解决当前教育发展面临的就业难题。

It is an important task of higher vocational colleges to cultivate professional technical talents.Based on the development of higher vocational colleges at this stage,taking the mechatronics technology major in higher vocational colleges as an example,this paper studies the construction of professional technical talent training methods under the background of modern apprenticeship.Combined with the requirements of social and enterprise development for talent training in recent years,this paper clarifies the requirements of modern apprenticeship,and analyzes how to build professional technical talent training methods under the background of modern apprenticeship from the aspects of vocational education group,segmented talent training,modern apprenticeship system mechanism,policies and regulations,education system,and assessment system,in order to solve the current employment problems faced by the educational development.
