论新闻传播学专业人才培养方案的重构与路径

On the Reconstruction and Path of Talent Training Program of Journalism

2019年是新文科建设启动年。新文科概念的提出和相关政策措施的陆续落地,使得“加强新文科建设,培养新时代新闻传播人才”成为新时代高等教育背景下,学科人才具体培养方案的一部分。新文科视野下的新闻传播人才培养,无论从理论还是实践层面都值得思考,对于人才培养方案的改进,不仅仅停留在技术层面,同样对于人才方案计划改进后的系统性逻辑思维的深度交叉融合,在创建新文科专业化新闻学传播实践改造接轨理论与实践基地化培养需求方面,提出了专业综合教育改革的人才服务国家战略计划与规划的系统方案管理路径。

2019 is the start year of the New Liberal Arts construction.The proposal of the concept of New Liberal Arts and the successive implementation of related policies and measures has made“strengthening the New Liberal Arts construction and cultivating journalism talents of the new era”a part of the specific training plan for discipline talents.The training of journalism talents from the perspective of New Liberal Arts is worthy of consideration both in theory and in practice.The improvement of the training program is not only based on the technical level,but also for the depth of cross-integration of systematic logical thinking after the talent plan improvement.With regard to the training need of creating a new liberal arts professional journalism practice transformation to integrate theory and practice,a systemic plan management path for the national strategic planning of professional comprehensive education reform for talent services is proposed.
