黄芪桂枝五物汤加减配合涌泉穴位贴敷治疗早期糖尿病周围神经病的效果

Effect of Huangqi Guizhi Five Decoction Combined with Yongquan Acupoint Application on early diabetic peripheral neuropathy

目的探讨黄芪桂枝五物汤加减配合涌泉穴位贴敷治疗早期糖尿病周围神经病的应用效果。方法选择2019年11月~2020年11月我院收治的早期糖尿病周围神经病患者82例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组给予二甲双胍格列吡嗪片、格列美脲片、甲钴胺片配合涌泉穴位贴敷治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用黄芪桂枝五物汤治疗,比较两组患者的临床效果、治疗前后血糖指标及血液流变学指标(全血高切比黏度、全血低切比黏度、血浆黏度)。结果观察组的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖水平均明显下降,观察组的各指标水平下降均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的全血高切比黏度、全血低切比黏度、血浆黏度比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者的全血高切比黏度、全血低切比黏度、血浆黏度水平均明显下降,且观察组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论黄芪桂枝五物汤加减配合涌泉穴位贴敷治疗早期糖尿病周围神经病的效果理想,能有效改善患者血糖指标,维持血液流变学的稳定性,促进患者恢复,值得临床应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of Huangqi Guizhi Five Decoction combined with Yongquan Acupoint Application in the treatment of early Diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods A total of 82 patients with early Diabetic peripheral neuropathy admitted to our hospital during 2019.11-2020.11 month were randomly divided into control group(41 cases)and observation group(41 cases).The control group was treated with two armour double arcs Glipizide Tablets,Glimepiride Tablets and MeCobalamin Tablets combined with Yongquan Acupoint Application.The observation group was treated with Astragalus and Guizhi five substances Decoction,and the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Blood glucose indexes(fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose)and hemorheological indexes(whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity)before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the average blood glucose in the two groups decreased significantly,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05 for both).Before treatment,there were no significant difference in whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity between the two groups(P>0.05 for each).After treatment,the whole blood high shear viscosity,whole blood low shear viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups decreased significantly,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05 for each).Conclusion Astragalus and Ramulus Cinnamomi cassia twig decoction combined with Yongquan Acupoint Application is an ideal treatment for early Diabetic peripheral neuropathy.It can effectively improve the blood glucose index,maintain the stability of Hemorheology and promote the recovery of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
