叙事护理干预联合回授法对宫颈癌患者病耻感的影响研究

Study on the effect of feedback method combined with narrative nursing intervention on the stigma of cervical cancer patients

目的探讨叙事护理联合回授法对宫颈癌患者病耻感的影响。方法采用非同期对照法,将2020年6~12月接受放疗的51例宫颈癌患者为对照组,采用回授法进行每周1次的一对一健康宣教;将2021年1~6月接受放疗的52例宫颈癌患者为观察组,在对照组的基础上进行每周1次的面对面叙事护理干预。两组患者均接受连续2个月的干预,并于干预前、干预结束采用社会影响量表(SIS)评估两组患者的病耻感水平,比较护理知识得分情况。结果干预前,两组患者的SIS量表得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的SIS量表得分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前,两组患者的护理知识得分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组的护理知识得分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论叙事护理联合回授法可降低宫颈癌患者病耻感水平,提高疾病自我护理知识,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing combined with feedback method on the stigma of cervical cancer patients.Methods 51 patients with cervical cancer who received radiotherapy from June to December 2020 were the control group,and the feedback method conduct face-to-face health education once a week;from January to June 2021 Fifty-two patients with cervical cancer who received radiotherapy were in the observation group.On the basis of the control group,plus weekly face-to-face narrative nursing intervention,both groups of patients received 2 consecutive months of intervention.The social impact scale(SIS)was used to assess the stigma level of the two groups of patients before the intervention and at the end of the intervention,and the Self care knowledge scores of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in SIS scale scores between the two groups of patients before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the SIS scale scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The two groups before intervention There was no statistically significant difference in the Self care knowledge scores of patients(P>0.05).After the intervention,the nursing knowledge scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The narrative nursing combined feedback method can reduce the stigma of cervical cancer patients and improve the knowledge of disease self-care,which is worthy of clinical reference.
