摘要
神宁炉干煤粉气化分别采用N_(2)和CO_(2)作为载气输送煤粉,所产合成气用于生产合成氨或甲醇,比较了输送载气对煤气化装置设备配置和性能指标的影响,以及两种输送载气下合成氨或甲醇的生产成本。结果显示,当气化炉碳转化率相同时,合成氨厂采用N_(2)输煤比采用CO_(2)输煤的成本低;当生产甲醇时,采用CO_(2)输煤可以降低合成气中的惰性组分,比采用N_(2)输煤的成本更低。
Shenhua-Ningxia Coal Group pulverized coal gasification process uses N_(2) or CO_(2) as carrier gas for pulverized coal conveyance.Generated syngas is used to produce synthetic ammonia or methanol.This paper compares the impact of carrier gas on the equipment configuration and performance indicators of the coal gasification unit,as well as the different costs of synthetic ammonia or methanol production with these two different conveyance media.The results show that at the same carbon conversion rate of gasifier,coal conveyance cost of the ammonia synthesis plant is lower with N_(2) than with CO_(2).When the final product is methanol,using CO_(2) for coal conveyance can reduce the inert content in syngas,thus bringing the cost below that of using N_(2) for coal conveyance.
