中医营养膳食管理系统建设与实践

Construction and Practice of Nutritional Diet Management System of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的以智慧服务理念为指导,建设以服务患者为核心的中医营养膳食管理系统。方法从提升患者治疗效果为目的,以中医药食同源理论为基础,基于患者诊断与饮食医嘱的基础数据,通过系统逻辑判断与营养食谱为患者量身定制食谱,通过量化营养素辅助医生了解患者饮食摄入量,从而对患者膳食依从性进行合理干预。结果管理系统支持移动端操作,有效提升了住院患者储值就餐的体验,辅助医生为患者提供适宜的诊疗方案。结论促进患者就餐流程合理化,减少储值排队时间,提升医院运行效率,为医生提供更全面的膳食数据,突出中医营养膳食特色治疗效果。

Objective To construct a nutrition and diet management system of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)based on the concept of intelligent service.Methods Based on the theory of food homology of traditional Chinese medicine,from the perspective of improving the therapeutic effect of patients,based on the basic data of patients'diagnosis and diet orders,the customized recipes of patients were pushed through system logic judgment and nutrition recipes compilation,and the diet intake of patients was understood by quantitative nutrients to assist doctors,so as to carry out reasonable intervention on patients'dietary compliance.Results Mobile terminal operation was supported to improve the experience of inpatients'stored value dining.Through information technology to assist doctors to provide patients with appropriate diagnosis and treatment programs.Conclusion The rationalization of the dining process of patients can reduce the queuing time of stored value,improve the operation efficiency of the hospital,provide more comprehensive dietary data for doctors,and highlight the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine nutritional diet characteristics.
