摘要
目的在当前疫情防控常态化的形势下,为防止患者预约排队时人员聚集,减少排队等待时长,以及适应互联网线上诊疗业务的发展,需要对现有检查预约流程进行优化改进。方法引入预约资源管理系统,并对现有预约系统进行分时段、自助化改造,在院内自助机和互联网医院客户端增加检查预约功能。结果患者能再通过院内自助机或移动客户端,自主预约检查时段。结论线上自助预约的逐步推广使用,不仅为疫情防控提供了有利保障,同时也进一步提升了患者的用户体验。
Objective Under the current situation of epidemic prevention and control,it is necessary to optimize and improve the current process of checking and booking in order to prevent the accumulation of patients,reduce the waiting time,and adapt to the development of online medical services on the Internet.Methods By introducing an appointment resource management system,the existing appointment system is time-segmented and self-service transformed,and an appointment check function is added to the selfservice machine in the hospital and the Internet hospital client.Results According to their schedule,patients can make appointments for the examination period independently through self-service machines or mobile clients in the hospital.Conclusion The gradual promotion and use of online self-service appointments not only provides a favorable guarantee for epidemic prevention and control,but also further improves the patient user experience.
