摘要 为解决电子健康档案开放便民与共享服务中数据安全、隐私保护和授权使用的问题,根据区块链技术的去中心化、不可篡改性、可追溯性和安全性等特点,提出了基于区块链的电子健康档案开放与共享模型。模型采用双联盟链+星际文件系统(IPFS)集群设计,两条联盟链基于哈希值进行锚定,分别负责查询和存储,在链下使用IPFS分布式集群存储档案数据。模型既保留了区块链去中心化和安全的优点,同时又提升了系统性能,可为同类应用提供参考,推动电子健康档案开放共享。 To solve the problems of data security,privacy protection and authorized use in the opening and sharing service of electronic health records,based on the characteristics of decentralization,non-tamper,traceability and security of block chain technology,an open and shared model of electronic health records(EHR)based on blockchain is proposed.The model adopts dual-consortium blockchain+InterPlanetary File System(IPFS)cluster design,and the two chains are anchored based on Hash value,each of them is responsible for query and storage,and IPFS is used to store the File data off the chain.The model not only retains the advantages of blockchain decentralization and security,but also improves system performance.It can provide some reference for similar applications and promote the open sharing of electronic health records.
