健康运动学是阐述运动与健康关系的统摄性知识体系,作为始创性的覆盖全社会的基于运动干预促进健康的理论体系与实践模式,它的建构是基于体医融合发展、全民科学健身以及我国高等教育相关专业人才培养和义务教育体育与健康课程发展的需要。研究对健康运动以及健康运动学进行概念建构,指出健康运动学是以“健康”视角来审视运动现象和手段,把握、解释运动与健康共同内涵的知识体系。健康运动学知识体系的建构以积极健康观为基本理念,以哲学、体育学和医学为学科基础,从基本理论知识、基本原理与规律、实践内容三个维度由理论到实践进行探索建构,是对我国全民健身与全民健康事业在专业理论与方法体系上的系统构建。

Health kinematics is a comprehensive knowledge system that elaborates the relationship between exercise and health.As an original theoretical system and practice model that covers the whole society based on exercise intervention to promote health,its construction is based on the integration of physical and medical development,national scientific fitness,and our country′s higher education related professional personnel training and compulsory education sports and health curriculum development needs.The research carried out the conceptual construction of healthy sports and health kinematics,and pointed out that health kinematics is a knowledge system that examines sports phenomena and methods from the perspective of"health",and grasps and explains the common connotation of sports and health.The construction of the health kinematics knowledge system is based on the concept of positive health,philosophy,physical education and medicine as the subject basis,and explores and constructs from theory to practice from three dimensions:basic theoretical knowledge,basic principles and laws,and practical content.The systematic construction of the professional theory and method system for the national fitness and national health undertakings in our country.
