稀土氧化物/石墨共掺杂笔头球座体不锈钢材料性能研究

摘要 基于圆珠笔头球座体不锈钢材料的性能需求,通过具有晶粒细化效应稀土氧化物CeO_(2)及自润滑石墨的共掺杂,借助粉末激光烧结技术,开展了稀土氧化物CeO_(2)含量对不锈钢组织及性能的研究。结果表明,稀土氧化物CeO_(2)能促进不锈钢组织的细化,不但提高了不锈钢的强度及塑性,也提高其耐蚀性能,加之在石墨的自润滑作用下,不锈钢获得良好的切削加工性能。 Based on the acquired mechanical properties of stainless steel used for ball pen point of tip,the rare-earth oxide CeO_(2) with grain refinement effect and the self-lubricated carbon additive were co-doped into stainless steel by selective laser melting,and the influence of weight percentage of rare-earth oxide CeO_(2) additive on the microstructure evolution and mechanical properties of stainless steel was investigated in this paper.The results reveal that the rare-earth oxide CeO_(2) additive favors for the grain refinement of microstructure,thereby leading to the enhancement of tensile strengthen and ductile of stainless steel,as well as the corrosion resistance.In addition,under the action of lubrication of carbon additive,the stainless steel obtains an excellent machinability.
