摘要
标准工时的制定是智能制造系统进行生产率管理的核心。基于传统制造系统标准工时的计算原理及概率论相关理论,针对智能制造系统中工业机器人的工作特点,将其标准工时的构成分为无故障工时、故障时间和管理工时,研究其标准工时的计算方法。其中重点探索了工业机器人故障因素对其标准工时的影响规律,并讨论了发生故障概率分布的获取。经实际案例数据验证,该计算方法可以高效、准确地估算工业机器人的标准工时。
The establishment of standard time is the core of productivity management in intelligent manufacturing systems.Based on the calculation principle of standard time of traditional manufacturing systems and related theories of probability theory,the composition of standard time was divided into failure-free time,failure time and management time according to the working characteristics of industrial robots in intelligent manufacturing systems,and the calculation method of standard time was studied.Among them,the influence law of industrial robot failure factors on its standard time was mainly explored,and the acquisition of failure probability distribution was discussed.Verified by actual case data,the standard time of industrial robots can be efficiently and accurately estimated by this calculation method.
