160t轮胎式提梁机金属结构有限元计算技术研究

摘要 本文以160t轮胎式提梁机为研究对象,介绍了提梁机结构组成和工作原理,通过SolidWorks对其金属结构建立有限元模型,并用ANSYS对其不同的工况进行有限元计算分析,其计算结果均满足强度和刚度要求。通过160 t轮胎式提梁机介绍了有限元计算的详细过程,对有限元建模过程进行了详细分析,根据实际情况选择最好的建模方法,最后用ANSYS对模型进行有限元计算,以期为相关研究提供参考和技术支持。 Taking 160 t wheel-type girder hoister as the research object,the structure composition and working principle of the beam lifting machine are introduced.The finite element model of its metal structure is established by SolidWorks,and the finite element calculation and analysis of different working conditions are carried out by ANSYS.The calculation results meet the strength and stiffness requirements.The detailed process of finite element calculation is introduced by 160 t wheel-type girder hoister,and the finite element modeling process is analyzed in detail.The best modeling method is selected according to the actual situation,and the finite element calculation of the model is carried out by ANSYS.It can provide reference and technical support for readers in the study of finite element calculation of metal structures.
