摘要
项目提出设计一种塑料垃圾回收处理半潜式海洋平台。主要由两部分构成:一是通过压缩机和粉碎机将打捞船等工具打捞的海上塑料垃圾进行粉碎处理,二是通过反应釜内裂解提炼石蜡的化学反应生成石蜡。该设计将海上主要垃圾转变为可利用的石蜡,对于实现资源的再生具有一定的推广意义。
This project proposes to design a marine plastic waste recycling and processing platform,which is a semisubmersible marine platform.It is mainly composed of two parts:firstly,the plastic waste collected by salvage boats and other tools is crushed by a compressor and a pulverizer,and then the paraffin is generated by the chemical reaction of the pyrolysis in the reactor to refine the paraffin.In this way,the main marine garbage is converted into usable paraffin,which has a certain promotion significance for realizing the regeneration of resources.
