知识产权保护中心管理机制的现状与思考

The Status and Thinking of the Management Mechanism of the Intellectual Property Protection Center

本文从知识产权保护中心服务区域经济发展的必要性和重要性出发,研究和探讨了在知识产权保护中心设立仲裁和调解委员会、知识产权快速维权中心建设、知识产权政策援助方向的调整、知识产权与产业标准的有机结合、特色产业在知识产权保护中的地位等现有的知识产权保护方式,明确知识产权保护中心的发展定位、机构设置和运行机制,并给出了加强知识产权保护中心管理的建议。

Based on the necessity and importance of the intellectual property protection center serving the regional economic development,this paper studies and discusses the existing ways of intellectual property protection,such as the establishment of arbitration and adjustment committee in the intellectual property protection center,the construction of the intellectual property rapid rights protection center,the adjustment of the direction of intellectual property policy assistance,the organic combination of intellectual property rights and industrial standards,and the status of characteristic industries in intellectual property protection.Clarify the development orientation,institutional setting and operation mechanism of the IP Protection Center,and give suggestions to strengthen the management of the IP Protection Center.
