摘要
本文对工程问题进行了描述,针对干气密封盘损坏的问题,明确了技术系统。通过TRIZ理论,利用因果轴分析法、技术矛盾分析法、物理矛盾分析法、物—场分析法,采用39个通用参数和40个发明原理构成的矛盾矩阵以及76个标准解中的一般解法,找到合理的解决方案。利用创新的思维模式,为问题的解决提供了新的途径,更加有效地解决了工程技术领域的实际问题。
This paper describes the engineering problems,and defines the technical system for the damage of dry gas seal disk.Through TRIZ theory,nine reasonable solutions are found by using causal axis analysis method,technical contradiction analysis method,physical contradiction analysis method and object field analysis method,using the contradiction matrix composed of 39 general parameters and 40 invention principles and the general solution of 76 standard solutions.The use of innovative thinking mode provides a new way to solve problems and more effectively solve practical problems in the field of engineering technology.
