轻型载货车空气压缩机支架性能分析与优化设计

摘要 为了评判某轻型载货车空气压缩机支架的性能,创建其离散化模型,添加相应的约束条件对其进行模态仿真计算,得到其低阶频率,并且满足振动属性标准。基于重力场方法对其进行强度仿真计算,得到了其各个方向的应力状态,其应力水平均符合要求。最后,对其厚度值进行优化设计,其质量减轻了12.5%。 Aiming at evaluating the performance of a light truck air compressor bracket.Firstly,its discretization model was established,and it was modal analyzed by adding the corresponding constraints,so its low frequencies were obtained,it could meet vibration performance standard.Secondly,it was strength simulated based on gravity field method,its stress state in all directions were obtained,and its stress level meets the requirements.Lastly,its thickness were optimized,and its weight was reduced by 12.5%.
