摘要
鹤煤集团第九煤矿-420 m水平泵房配水井井壁、吸水井隔墙受损破坏,严重影响泵房的正常运转和矿井排水系统的正常运行。由于该泵房吸水井采用集约化设计,无法在泵房正常运转的情况下进行维修,因此拟对泵房吸水井、水仓的布置结构进行改造优化,保证在泵房正常运转的情况下完成维修工作,并对配水井井壁、吸水井隔墙采用安装井圈、浇注砼、壁后注浆、锚杆支护等综合加固技术,保证支护强度。
Hemei Group Ninth Coal Mine-420 m horizontal pump house distribution well wall and suction well partition wall were severely damaged,which seriously affected the normal operation of the pump house and the normal operation of the mine drainage system.Since the suction well of the pump house adopts an intensive design,it cannot be repaired under the normal operation of the pump house.Therefore,the layout structure of the pump house’s suction well and sump has been modified and optimized in this design to ensure the normal operation of the pump house.Under the circumstances,complete the maintenance work,and adopt comprehensive reinforcement technologies such as installation of well circle,pouring concrete,grouting behind the wall,and bolt support for the wall of the water distribution well and the partition wall of the suction well to ensure the support strength.
