缙山府项目涉笔架山河防洪综合评价与防治措施

Comprehensive Evaluation and Control Measures for Flood Control of Bijiashan River of Jinshanfu Project

缙山府项目涉笔架山河建设内容包括桥梁工程、绿化工程、园建工程、给排水工程以及电气照明工程等,主体工程布置于现状笔架山河两岸堤岸上,未占用河道行洪断面。由于该项目位于笔架山河河道管理范围线内,根据河道管理范围内建设项目管理的有关规定,项目需要对涉河内容进行防洪评价。基于此,研究缙山府项目涉笔架山河的情况,综合评价防洪状况,并提出相关防治措施。

The construction of Bijiashan River involved in Jinshan fu project includes bridge engineering,greening engineering,garden construction engineering,water supply and drainage engineering,electrical lighting engineering,etc.the main works are arranged on the banks of the current Bijiashan River without occupying the flood discharge section of the river.As the project is located within the river management scope of Bijiashan River,according to the relevant provisions of construction project management within the river management scope,the project needs to conduct flood control evaluation on the river related contents.Based on this,this paper studies the situation of Bijiashan River involved in jinshanfu project,comprehensively evaluates the flood control situation,and puts forward prevention and control measures.
