摘要
风机基础的结构完整是风机能够安全运行的重要保障。但是,近年来风机基础频繁出现混凝土开裂的现象。由于实际工程中难以量化判断裂缝对风机基础结构的危害程度,因此难以提出合理的加固方案。采用有限元数值分析方法对风机基础裂缝进行结构受力分析,研究裂缝对风机基础结构造成的影响,并据此提出加固方案,能够为实际工程提供参考。
The structural integrity of the Fan Foundation is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the fan.However,the concrete cracking of the fan foundation occurs frequently in recent years.It is difficult to quantify the damage degree of the cracks to the fan foundation structure in practical engineering.Therefore it is difficult to put forward a reasonable reinforcement scheme.In this paper,the finite element numerical analysis method is used to analyze the structure stress of the Fan Foundation crack,and the influence of the crack on the fan foundation structure is studied.
