健康中国视角下儿童健康管理的前景、困境与对策

Prospect, Dilemma and Countermeasures of Children’s Health Management from the Perspective of Healthy China Strategy

随着健康中国战略的深入推进,当前的儿童健康管理模式已经难以满足新时代我国儿童身心健康的发展需要,儿童健康管理在顶层设计、制度安排、技术手段等方面都面临新的挑战。应当推动儿童健康管理的理论研究与供需调查,为顶层设计提供理念支持;引入社会与市场治理主体,融入国家治理现代化进程;加快技术创新与规范建设,助力儿童健康管理信息化。

In the context of the Healthy China Strategy, the current Children’s Health Management model has been difficult to meet the needs of Chinese children’s physical and mental health in the new era. Children’s Health Management is facing some difficulties in Top-level Design, Institutional Arrangements, Technical Means and other aspects. It argues that the theoretical research and supply and demand survey of Children’s Health Management should be promoted to provide conceptual support for Top-level Design, Introduce Social and Market Governance Subjects and Integrating Children’s Health Management into the Modernization of National Governance, accelerate technological innovation and normative construction, and help Children’s Health Management to realize informatization.
