以全科医生为基础的轻度创伤性脑损伤管理模式研究

Study on the Management Model of Mild Traumatic Brain Injury Based on General Practitioner

创伤性脑损伤是全球范围致残和致死的主要原因之一,其中轻度创伤性脑损伤后果可以从轻微的症状到认知功能的终身损伤,以及行为、情绪和身体机能问题,给患者、家庭和社会带来直接或潜在的不利影响。通过对轻度创伤性脑损伤国内外管理模式进行回顾和文献综述,对轻度创伤性脑损伤的预防与健康教育、识别与转诊、后遗症管理、随访与转诊等流程及具体内容进行梳理,并对构建以全科医生为基础的轻度创伤性脑损伤管理模式的必要性和可行性进行探讨。

Traumatic brain injury is one of the leading causes of disability and death worldwide, and the consequences of mild traumatic brain injury can range from mild symptoms to lifelong cognitive impairment, behavioral and emotional and physical function problems, which have direct or potential adverse effects on the individual, family and society of the patients. Based on domestic and foreign management guidelines and related literatures, it reviewed the processes and specific contents of prevention and health education, identification and referral, sequelae management, follow-up and referral of mild traumatic brain injury, and discusses the necessity and feasibility of constructing the management model of mild traumatic brain injury based on general practitioner.
