潜阳封髓丹治疗虚阳浮越型失眠浅析

Qianyang Fengsui Pill Treat Insomnia of Yang Deficiency and Going Outward

临床上由于肾阳亏损,下焦阴寒内盛,逼阳外出,阳不入阴而引起的虚阳浮越型失眠并不少见。潜阳封髓丹具有纳气归肾、导龙入海之功,以其加减治疗阳虚火浮、阳不入阴所致的失眠有显著疗效。笔者就虚阳浮越型失眠的病因病机及治法、潜阳封髓丹的方义及运用等方面进行阐述,分析潜阳封髓丹治疗虚阳浮越型失眠症的临床应用,并举王辉主任临床验案二则,以期在临床上推广使用潜阳封髓丹一方,并为治疗失眠拓宽思路。

Insomnia of Yang deficiency and going outward is very common in our clinical work,which is cansed by Yang deficient,Yin Cold becomes excessive in Middle Jiao and Lower Jiao,so that Yang goes outward and can not return.Qianyang Fengsui Pill serves the function of inducing Qi to Kidney and Fire to the root.Modified Qianyang Fengsui Pill has significant clinical effect in treating insomnia caused by Fire exuberance due to Yang deficiency as well as Yang not entering Yin.The authors elaborated the etiology,pathogenesis and therapy of insomnia of outward going of Yang in deficiency condition,introduced medicine composition and indications of the Qianyang Fengsui Pill,And analyzed the clinical application of the Pill in treating insomnia of outward going of Yang in deficiency condition.In addition,the authorsenumeratedone medical record of the medical director Wang Hui.Broaden the way of thinking for the treatment of insomnia.
