摘要
牡丹籽是一种含油量很高的作物。工业上常用的牡丹籽油提取方法主要有压榨法和溶剂浸提法,但这两种方法存在一定的弊端如提取率低和溶剂残留等。牡丹籽油具有较高营养价值,其中不饱和脂肪酸含量90%以上、α-亚麻酸含量40%以上,对于改善人体机能、增强免疫、维护大脑和心血管健康以及在防癌抗衰老等方面具有重要价值。综述了牡丹籽油提取的几种方法和影响提取效率的主要因素以及其在人体健康中的营养价值的最新进展。
Peony seed is a crop with high oil content.The commonly used industrial extraction methods of peony seed oil mainly include pressing method and solvent extraction method,but these two methods have certain disadvantages such as low extraction rate and solvent residue.Peony seed oil has high nutritional value,with unsaturated fatty acid content of over 90%andα-linolenic acid content of over 40%.It has important value in improving human body function,enhancing immunity,maintaining brain and cardiovascular health,preventing cancer and anti-aging.Several methods of extraction of peony seed oil,main factors affecting extraction efficiency and its nutritional value in human health were reviewed.
