摘要
为研究不同比例止痢草提取物替代抗生素对蛋鸡生长性能、血清免疫生化指标及肠道菌群的影响,本试验选用0日龄蛋雏鸡360只,随机分为3组,每组3个重复,每个重复40只(公母各半);试验期110 d。试验分3个阶段:育雏期(0~42 d)阶段、育成前期(43~70 d)阶段和育成后期(71~110 d)阶段。对照组在基础日粮中添加15%金霉素333 g/t(育成后期不添加);止痢草低剂量组在基础日粮中按时期分别添加250、200、100 g/t止痢草添加物;止痢草高剂量组在基础日粮中按时期分别添加500、400、200 g/t止痢草添加物。结果表明,3阶段中各组平均日增重、平均日采食量无显著差别(P>0.05),试验组相对于抗生素组料重比均有所下降,但仅在育成前期止痢草提取物低剂量组料重比显著低于抗生素组(P<0.05);本试验中添加的止痢草提取物替代抗生素在蛋鸡整个生长过程血清中IgA、总蛋白质含量均有显著提高(P<0.05),IgG含量、总抗氧化能力也有一定程度的提高,IgM含量在育雏期差异不明显,在育成后期有显著提高(P<0.05),尿素氮水平显著下降(P<0.05);止痢草提取物替代抗生素对蛋鸡肠道大肠杆菌有抑制作用,对乳酸杆菌无明显影响。因此,蛋鸡日粮中添加止痢草提取物替代抗生素金霉素是可行的。
The effects of different proportion of zhilicao extract alternative forage antibiotics on growth performance,serum immunization index and intestinal flora were studied.A total of 3600-day-old laying hens were randomly divided into 3 groups with 3 replicates per group and 40 chicks per replicate(male and female half).The experiment lasted for 110 days.The experiment was divided into three stages:the brooding period(0-42 d),the early period of rearing(43-70 d)and the late period of rearing(71-110 d).The control group was supplemented with 15%chlortetracycline 333 g/t in the basal diet(not added in the late period of rearing).The low-dose Zhilicao group was supplemented with 250,200,100 g/t Zhilicao additives in the basal diet according to the period.The high-dose Zhilicao group was added 500,400,200 g/t Zhilicao additives to the basal diet according to the period.The results showed that there was no significant difference in the average daily gain and average daily feed intake of each group in the three stages(P>0.05).The feed-to-weight ratio of the experimental group decreased compared with the antibiotic group,but the feed-to-weight ratio of the low-dose zhilicao extract group only in the early period of rearing was significantly lower than that of the antibiotic group(P<0.05);In this experiment,the zhilicao extract added to replace antibiotics significantly increased IgA and total protein content in serum during the entire growth process of laying hens(P<0.05),and also increased IgG content and total antioxidant capacity to a certain extent.There was no significant difference in IgM content during the brooding period,and it was significantly increased in the late period of rearing(P<0.05),and the level of urea nitrogen is significantly reduced(P<0.05);It has an inhibitory effect and has no obvious effect on Lactobacillus.Therefore,it was feasible to add zhilicao extract to the diet of laying hens to replace the antibiotic chlortetracycline.
