University libraries thoroughly study and implement the theme of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,firmly grasp the direction of advanced socialism culture,fully implement the new development concept,guided by the people-oriented principle,leaded by the core values of socialism,and take high-quality development as the theme,adhere to the original intention,deepen the educational function and information service function of university libraries,and serve for the cultivation of talents with comprehensive development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art and labor and the development of education,science and culture.
