中国共产党第十九届中央委员会第六次全体会议召开为图书馆事业发展提供了精神食粮和发展动力。图书馆界更多关注服务之本源、教育之担当、未来之重任。面向新时代,图书馆将以党的十九届六中全会精神为指引,继续践行"滋养民族心灵、培育文化自信、赓续中华文脉"的初心与使命,谋求跨越发展有四个着力点:坚定服务初心,传承文化力量;重视资源建设,夯实服务根基;加强技术引领,发挥智慧效能;提升馆员能力,创新服务供给。

The Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of CPC provides spiritual food and development power for libraries.Libraries are beginning to pay more attention on the origin of service,the responsibility of education and the mission of future.For the New Era,under the guide of the Spirit of the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee,libraries should continue to practice Original Aspiration and Mission by nourishing the national soul,cultivating cultural self-confidence and inheriting Chinese Context,therefor the paper gives four aspects:firming Original Aspiration of service and inheriting cultural power;emphasizing resource construction and tamping basis of service;strengthening technical guidance and making intelligent efficiency;improving capacity of librarians and innovating service supply.
