民国时期清华文献购置制度的运行机制、成效及启示

Operation Mechanism,Effect and Enlightenment of Library Acquisitionin Tsinghua in the Period of the Republic of China

自1915年清华开始出现推荐购买文献的活动,到新中国成立前,以教授决策购买为主体的推荐文献购置制度在清华运行了三十四年。通过对民国书刊文献、校史档案及清华图书馆藏购置文档的深入整理与研究,分析了民国时期清华文献购置工作的运行状况、机制和运转成效,阐述了对现今图书馆采购工作的启示。

Since 1915,literature recommendation and acquisition began to appear in Tsinghua.Before the founding of new China,the recommendation and acquisition system based on professor s decision-making,has been running in Tsinghua University for 34 years.Based on the in-depth collation and review of literature,history archives and documents of recommendation and acquisition collected by Tsinghua library,this paper analyzes the status,mechanism and effect of acquisition of Tsinghua library in the period of the Republic of China,and expounds its enlightenment to the current library acquisition.
