摘要
本文通过开展试验,验证《土壤检测第6部分:土壤有机质的测定》(NY/T 1121.6—2006)的测定方法在全自动土壤有机质分析仪中的应用。全自动土壤有机质分析仪仍采用传统的油浴加热-重铬酸钾容量法测定土壤有机质,但是实现了仪器检测的自动化。这种分析仪能够全自动完成土壤有机质的检测过程,包含试剂添加、加热消解、样品转移、冷却、滴定及数据计算,大大提高了检测效率。
Through experiments,this paper verifies the application of the determination method of "Soil Testing Part 6:Determination of Soil Organic Matter" (NY/T 1121.6—2006) in the automatic soil organic matter analyzer.The automatic soil organic matter analyzer still uses the traditional oil bath heating-potassium dichromate volumetric method to determine soil organic matter,but it has realized the automation of instrument detection.This analyzer can automatically complete the detection process of soil organic matter,including reagent addition,heating digestion,sample transfer,cooling,titration and data calculation,which greatly improves the detection efficiency.
