环境因子对土地覆盖分类精度的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Environmental Factors on the Accuracy of Land Cover Classification

影响土地覆盖分类的因素有很多。在分类属性确定的情况下,地形、降水、温度等环境因子可能影响土地覆盖分类精度。本文选择淄博市作为研究区,以TM影像为基础特征数据,将高程、降水、气温作为辅助特征数据,把两者相结合来构建不同的特征组合,并选择不同的分类方法进行分类研究。试验结果表明,在多种分类方法中,支持向量机法分类效果最好,精度最高;在基础特征、分类方法相同的前提下,融入不同的环境变量对土地覆盖分类精度的影响不同,高程可提高总体分类精度约0.4%,气温和降水对植被的单一分类精度贡献率不稳定。

There are many factors that affect land cover classification.When the classification attributes are determined,environmental factors such as terrain,precipitation,and temperature may affect the accuracy of land cover classification.This paper selects Zibo City as the research area,uses TM images as the basic feature data,and uses elevation,precipitation,and temperature as auxiliary feature data,and combines the two to construct different feature combinations,and chooses different classification methods for classification research.The test results show that,among a variety of classification methods,the support vector machine method has the best classification effect and the highest accuracy;under the premise of the same basic characteristics and classification methods,incorporating different environmental variables has different effects on the accuracy of land cover classification,elevation can increase the overall classification accuracy by about 0.4%,and the contribution rate of temperature and precipitation to the single classification accuracy of vegetation is unstable.
