Construction of Ecological Environment Monitoring System under Multi-departmental Linkage

近年来,我国环境问题十分严重,国家采取多种措施来开展环境治理,其间需要借助部门联动的方式开展生态环境监测,实时监控环境状况。现阶段,构建多部门联动下的生态环境监测体系,有利于提升环境监测效果,提高环境管理水平。本文首先论述当前环境监测体系构建面临的新形势、问题和建立多部门联动机制的意义,然后探讨多部门联动下的生态环境监测体系构建策略,以期提升我国生态环境保护水平。

In recent years,China’s environmental problems have been very serious,and the country has adopted various measures to carry out environmental governance,during this period,it is necessary to carry out ecological environmental monitoring by means of departmental linkage to monitor the environmental conditions in real time.At this stage,the establishment of an ecological environment monitoring system under the linkage of multiple departments is conducive to improving the effect of environmental monitoring and improving the level of environmental management.This paper first discusses the new situation and problems facing the construction of the current environmental monitoring system and the significance of establishing a multi-sectoral linkage mechanism,and then discusses the construction of an ecological environment monitoring system under the multi-sector linkage,with a view to improving the level of ecological environment protection in China.
