Analysis of Soil Pollution Risk Management and Control of Construction Land in Liaoning Province

土壤污染日益给环境造成危害,为了防止土壤环境进一步恶化,要对土壤进行污染风险管控,保障土壤安全。本文首先阐述土壤污染风险管控和监管中存在的问题,然后介绍辽宁省建设用地土壤环境管理办法,最后展望进一步优化土壤污染风险管控的对策,以实现多元化的土壤污染风险管控,改善土壤环境。

Soil pollution is increasingly causing harm to the environment,in order to prevent further deterioration of the soil environment,soil pollution risk management and control must be carried out to ensure soil safety.This paper first explains the problems in soil pollution risk control and supervision,then introduces the soil environmental management methods for construction land in Liaoning Province,and finally looks forward to further optimizing soil pollution risk control countermeasures to achieve diversified soil pollution risk control and improve the soil environment.
