摘要
为了研究不同流体流向的换热特性,以套管式换热器为模型,以水为换热工质,利用Fluent等软件对顺流、逆流2种不同流向的单相流体换热进行数值模拟。内管速度为0.02~0.1 m/s,外管速度为0.03~0.15 m/s,模拟结果证明,在相同初始条件下,逆流换热效果总是优于顺流换热。其中,两种逆流方式外管温升范围分别为2.822~11.837℃和2.825~11.838℃,两种顺流方式外管温升范围分别为2.727~11.004℃和2.713~10.99℃。
In order to research on the heat transfer characteristics from various fluid flowdirections,the double-pipe heat exchanger used as a model,and the water used as refrigerant heat exchanger,then,using the Fluent and additional software the heat transfer was numerically simulate from single-phase fluids in two flow directions.The speed of the internal tube was 0.02~0.1 m/s,and the speed of the external tube was 0.03~0.15 m/s,the simulation results,show that the heat transfer effect of countercurrent heat transfer is always better than that of the downstream heat transfer.The temperature of the two countercurrent modes was increased by 2.822~11.837℃and 2.825~11.838℃,the two downstream modes was increased by 2.727~11.004℃and 2.713~10.99℃.
