钢铁企业安全风险评估指标体系研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对目前钢铁企业生产过程中安全风险特点,提出一种风险评估指标体系建立方法。基于2017~2020年间钢铁企业事故数据并通过查阅相关资料,对所需指标进行初步筛选。运用层次分析法与熵权法2种方法,对指标组合权重进行确定,依照所得权重对初选指标进行筛选,确立钢铁企业安全风险评估指标体系,并对指标体系进行有效性与可行性检验。计算结果表明:该风险评价指标有效性较高,且运用该体系进行风险评估的结果与企业实际相符合。 According to the characteristics of safety risks in the production process of iron and steel enterprises,a risk assessment index system was proposed.Firstly,the accident data of iron and steel enterprises from 2017 to 2020 were collected and relevant information was consulted,and the required indicators were preliminarily screened.Analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method were used to determine the combination weight of the indexes,and the primary index was screened according to the weight,and the safety risk assessment index system of iron and steel enterprises was established.The verify the validity and feasibility of the index systemwere verified.The calculation results show that the index is effective,and the results of risk assessment by using the system are consistent with the actual enterprise,which indicates that the establishment method of this index system is effective.
