摘要
一体化炼化企业寻找装置低温热源与热阱并加以匹配利用,以系统节能“三环节”模型为基础,对炼油化工装置中空冷、水冷的热量损失进行统计分析,按照“温度对口,梯级利用”的用能原则,结合蒸馏塔底部热源的品质及热量情况,以溶剂脱沥青高压溶剂和汽提塔顶汽提溶剂的热量,替代乙烯装置脱丙烷塔塔底蒸汽和MTBE装置塔底蒸汽为案例,完成炼化企业跨区域低温热利用网络的合成与计算,理论计算溶剂脱沥青装置能耗降低6.3 kg/t,全厂炼油综合能耗降低0.8 kg/t,节能效果显著。
The low-temperature heat source and heat sink in the operation units in an integrated refining and chemical company are searched and matched in this paper.Based on the"three-link"model of the energy saving system,the heat loss of air cooling and water cooling in the refining and chemical units is statistically analyzed.According to the principle of"optimal temperature,cascade utilization"and the quality and quantity of the heat at the bottom of the distillation tower,we have completed the synthesis and calculation of the cross-area low-temperature heat utilization network in the specific case of using heat of DAU high-pressure solvent and the solvent at the top of the stripping tower as the substitute for the tower bottom steams of the depropanizer of steam cracker and of MTBE Unit.The theoretical calculation result is that energy consumption of DAU is reduced by 6.3 kgoe/t and the comprehensive energy consumption of the whole refining units is reduced by 0.8 kg/t,which shows remarkable energy-saving effect.
