摘要
某炼厂60万t/a连续重整装置采用国产超低压工艺技术(SLCR),设计能耗为113.77 kgEO/t,能耗较高。装置在原始设计中虽已考虑节能措施,但通过对连续重整装置低温余热回收利用现状进行分析,发现存在较大的可优化空间,提出了增设空冷A201前换热器和气液分离器的建议,为装置高效、节能运行提供参考。
The 0.6 MMt/y CCR unit of the refinery adopts domestic ultra-low pressure technology(SLCR),and the designed energy consumption of the unit is 113.77 kgEO/t,which is high.Although energy saving has been considered in the original design of the unit,through the analysis of the current situation of low-temperature waste heat recovery and utilization of the continuous reforming unit,it is found that there is a large room for optimization.Suggestions on adding a heat exchanger in front of air-cooled A201 and a gas-liquid separator in front of air-cooled A101 are put forward,which provides reference for efficient and energy-saving operation of the unit.
