应用低温热循环技术实现节能降碳

摘要 结合余热回收利用的现状,对某炼厂污水汽提装置采用的有机朗肯循环(ORC)发电技术,从工艺原理、工艺流程、有机工质的选择及运行效果进行分析,重点计算了项目实施后能源节约、降低二氧化碳排放及节能收益情况。通过计算分析,该技术的使用可以有效减少炼厂低温余热的能源浪费,对提高能源利用率、实现降碳减排和保护环境都具有十分重要的意义。 Combining with the present situation of waste heat recovery and utilization,this paper analyzes the Organic Rankine Cycle(ORC)power generation technology used in a refinery's sewage stripping unit from the process principle,process flow,selection of organic working fluids,and operating effects,with focus on calculation of energy saving,carbon dioxide emission reduction and energy-saving benefits after the implementation of the project.Through calculation and analysis,the use of this technology can effectively reduce the energy waste of low-temperature waste heat in the refinery,and is of great significance for improving energy utilization,reducing carbon emissions,and protecting the environment.
