混改背景下国有企业高管激励与企业经营绩效研究

Research of executive incentives and business performance of state-owned enterprises in the background of mixed ownership reform

十一届三中全会召开以来,以经济建设为中心的系列改革不断展开。此后社会主义市场经济不断成形并进一步发展,现代企业制度也随之不断健全和完善。国家提出全面进行混合所有制改革之后,越来越多的国有企业开始进行混合所有制改革。在此背景下,如何高效率地管理公司值得思考。文章的主要目的便是通过对国有企业混合所有制改革过程中的高管激励展开研究,寻找其在提高企业治理水平过程中所产生的问题,并提出建议。通过探究高管薪酬激励和股权激励对于混改背景下公司经营绩效的影响,得出结论:在混合所有制改革的背景之下,企业进行高管激励,特别是给予股权,将能更好地推动管理者对公司利益的重视,降低决策失误的成本,提高企业经营绩效。

Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee, a series of reforms centered on economic construction have continued to unfold.Since then, the socialist market economy has continued to take shape and develop further, the modern enterprise system has also been continuously improved and perfected.After the state proposed comprehensive mixed ownership reforms, more and more state-owned enterprises began to carry out mixed ownership reforms.In this context, how to efficiently manage a company is worth thinking about.The main purpose of this article is to conduct research on the incentives of executives in the process of mixed ownership reform of state-owned enterprises, to find out the problems that arise in the process of improving corporate governance, and to make suggestions.By exploring the impact of executive compensation incentives and equity incentives on the company’s operating performance under the background of mixed ownership reform, the author concludes that under the background of mixed ownership reform, companies’ executive incentives, especially the granting of equity, will better promote managers to pay attention to the interests of the company, reduce the cost of decision-making errors, and improve business performance.
