EPC总承包即设计采购施工总承包,是指EPC总承包单位依照EPC总承包合同约定,承担工程项目的设计、采购、施工、试运行服务等工作,并对承包工程的安全、质量、工期、造价全面负责。随着中国建筑行业的发展,EPC总承包模式因自身优势得到了大力推广,但其也具有风险高的特点,因此EPC总承包单位的风险管理尤为重要。

EPC general contracting,i.e.engineering procurement construction general contracting,means that the EPC general contracting unit undertakes the design,procurement,construction and commissioning services of the project according to the EPC general contracting contract,and is fully responsible for the safety,quality,construction period and cost of the contracted project.With the development of China's construction industry,EPC general contracting mode has been vigorously promoted because of its own advantages,but it also has the characteristics of high risk,so the risk management of EPC general contracting units is particularly important.
