江苏省经济高质量发展水平测度与分析

Measurement and analysis of high quality economic development level in Jiangsu province

文章选取了2019年江苏省13个地级市的数据,构建了经济高质量发展的指标体系,采用主成分分析法计算出了13个城市的经济高质量发展水平。结果表明:从经济高质量发展水平来看,苏州、南京、无锡等城市得分为正,并且领先省内其他城市;从空间角度来看,苏南苏北经济高质量发展水平差距较大。基于此,在推进江苏省经济高质量发展的过程中,应明确经济高质量发展一体化理念和目标;协调政策与市场之间关系,充分发挥两者的作用;缩小各区域经济高质量水平的差距,实现整体经济高质量发展的目标。

This paper selects the data of 13 prefecture level cities in Jiangsu province in 2019,constructs the index system of high-quality economic development,and uses the principal component analysis method to calculate the high-quality economic development level of 13 cities.The results show that from the perspective of high-quality economic development level,cities such as Suzhou,Nanjing,and Wuxi score positive,and are ahead of other cities in the province;from the perspective of space,there is a large gap in the high-quality economic development level between southern and northern Jiangsu.Based on this,in the process of promoting the high-quality economic development of Jiangsu province,we should clarify the concept and goal of the integration of high-quality economic development;coordinate the relationship between policy and market and give full play to their role;narrow the gap in the high-quality level of regional economy and achieve the goal of high-quality development of the overall economy.
